What types of events can you book henna for?
Corporate events (office days, brand activations, team buildings, conferences), private celebrations (birthdays, hen parties, gatherings with friends and family), as well as cultural programs, fairs, festivals, and community events.
How many guests can you accommodate?
It depends on your time frame and the level of detail in the designs. With quick, smaller designs we can serve more guests; with more detailed designs we accommodate fewer. For larger events, we can work with multiple artists to keep the flow smooth.
How long does one design take?
Typically 5–15 minutes per person for small to medium designs. More detailed designs take longer. During the pre-event planning, we’ll help you choose the best design size and pacing for your schedule.
What do you need on-site?
A small table and two chairs for each henna artist, good lighting (or a lamp), and ideally a calm corner. We bring all necessary henna materials and tools.
Do you offer henna indoors and outdoors?
Yes. For outdoor events, we recommend a shaded, wind-protected spot, as strong sun and wind can make detailed work difficult.
How long does henna last?
On average 7–10 days, depending on skin type and aftercare. The stain develops and deepens over 24–48 hours.
Is it safe? Do you use “black henna”?
Yes - we work only with high-quality, natural henna. We do not use “black henna” (PPD-based products).
If you’re looking for a darker, ink-like look, we can also offer jagua as a safe, plant-based alternative (availability upon request).
How do guests choose designs?
Guests can choose from a curated design menu (mini/medium options). We can also tailor the selection to match your event style, and accommodate a few custom ideas if time allows.
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner the better - especially for weekends and peak season. Last-minute bookings may be possible if we have availability, so feel free to ask.
How does booking and payment work?
Your date is secured with a booking deposit after we confirm the details. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event (final terms will be included in your quote).
Will guests receive aftercare instructions?
Yes. We provide simple aftercare tips so the stain develops beautifully and lasts as long as possible.
Can you offer a workshop instead of (or alongside) henna painting?
Yes - upon request, we can run an interactive henna workshop (short introduction + basic techniques + guided practice) for corporate, private, and cultural events.
